Sandra Bolack Yoga

Term 1 Classes, 2018

Classes will be cancelled this coming week on Monday January 22nd, Tuesday 23rd & Wednesday 24th, 2018. Classes will resume on Saturday January 27th with the 7am Led Practice. We hope this doesn't cause any inconveniences and you manage to find time for a beneficial practice at home. Warmest, Emily & Sandra.

General Yoga | Pre-Natal Yoga with Sandra Bolack

Sandra (Sam) Bolack has been practising yoga for over 30 years and teaching yoga for around 20 years. Sandra practises in the Iyengar method and is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher. Sandra has been awarded an Honorary Diploma in Pre and Post Natal Yoga Teacher Training (DPPNYTT). She continues to develop her yoga knowledge and practice by attending classes and workshops by Senior Iyengar teachers and is committed to the rigour and mindfulness of the Iyengar method. Sandra attended classes at the Iyengar Convention in Maroochydore with Geeta Iyengar and the National Convention in Wollongong. She also travelled to Pune in India to study with the Iyengar family in 2014. Sandra is a Registered Nurse/Nurse Educator having practiced both nationally and internationally. She has a Degree and a Master Degree in Education and a Diploma of Teaching. Sandra is a Member of the Australian College of Nursing.

General Yoga with Emily Bolack

Emily was introduced to yoga at the age of 16, as a means to relieve the discomfort of scoliosis. In later years she turned to Iyengar Yoga to explore in depth, the way the therapeutic use of yoga postures could benefit her scoliosis. She has since completed several Yoga Teacher Training courses around the world and has been awarded a 500hr Teacher Certification. She has a Degree in Communications and a Diploma in Teaching and Learning. Emily develops her yoga practice by attending Sandra’s Iyengar classes and workshops, and through daily study and practice. Emily hopes that by attending her classes, students will learn to move & breathe in an optimal way so to benefit their mind and body.
